Purpose
This policy supports lawful, safe and respectful use of the Averquinth website, public resources and protected document links.
Prohibited use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, disruption, malware delivery or vulnerability exploitation.
- Do not automate excessive requests, bypass access controls or share a protected key beyond its intended recipient.
- Do not upload, submit or distribute content unlawfully or without the necessary rights.
- Do not use the service for deceptive, abusive or discriminatory activity.
Content rules
You remain responsible for information you submit and must avoid sending payment credentials, government identifiers or special-category personal data unless Averquinth has agreed an appropriate secure channel.
Security reporting
Report suspected vulnerabilities through the contact page. Do not publicly disclose an issue before Averquinth has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and mitigate it.
Enforcement
Material violations may lead to request blocking, key rotation, access restriction, investigation or referral to the appropriate authority.
