Permitted use
You may browse the site and download documents made available to you for lawful business evaluation. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape it excessively or use its content unlawfully.
Product information
Product capabilities, integrations, delivery dates and commercial terms are confirmed in writing for each engagement. Website material is general information and does not by itself create a contract, warranty or service-level commitment.
Documents and access keys
Public-library documents may be shared unless a document states otherwise. Protected links and keys are provided to a specific recipient and must not be republished. Averquinth may rotate or revoke a key at any time to protect confidential information.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available and secure but may change, suspend or remove content for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Averquinth is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website information.
